What does a screening day look like?
A typical day runs 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We screen 30–60+ children at 10–15 minutes each, depending on your enrollment. We handle all setup and cleanup.

How is parent consent handled?
Parents receive a consent form before the screening day. Coral Care sends, collects, and stores all forms. Participation is optional and confidential.

Is this a full evaluation?
No. Screenings are brief, standardized checks that identify children who may benefit from a full evaluation — they don't replace diagnostic assessments.

How quickly can we get on the schedule?
